Terra Nova Nurseries releases 2019-2020 plant catalog

Canby, Ore. — Terra Nova Nurseries has released the 2019-2020 edition of its plant catalog, marking another year of bringing breeding innovation and improvements to the horticulture industry, according to a press release.

Specific sections of the catalog include information such as new plants for 2019-2020, perennial and annual variety descriptions, an overview about the Terra Nova Nurseries and ThinkPlants recent partnership, plant of the year, marketing metrics, cultural information, trial garden performances, the company’s unrooted cutting program (UTC), sales team contacts, ordering forms, early ordering discount details and other content.

The staff-conceptualized catalog includes sections for each genus and featured varieties within all newly released series and collections. New, individual varieties are also profiled across large, colorful display pages. Selections include agastache, begonia, coleus, coreopsis, echinacea, geum, heuchera, heucherella, kniphofia, lewisia, pulmonaria, sedum, tiarella and others.

The catalog contains information about Terra Nova Nurseries’ Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program and explains how the company has been developing and implementing a sustainable biocontrol IPM program to defend its plants against problem pests.

This year’s catalog also includes an expanded “Garden Trial Highlights” section, which features feedback on the performance, popularity and survivability of recently trialed Terra Nova plants.
