Kieft Seeds, part of Ball, is featuring a number of varieties at Spring Trials 2014. One of those varities is the futuristic
sounding 'Starship Scarlet.'
Lobelia 'Starship Scarlet' produces a better-quality finished plant than other Lobelia speciosa.
It is a first year flowering perennial, that is earlier to flower and finish with improved branching, low stretch and a uniform, controlled habit. Hardy in USDA zones 6-10.
