BFG Supply (BFG), a technology-enabled distributor to the green industry, has acquired DeCloet
Greenhouse Manufacturing Ltd., a manufacturer of greenhouse structures and related components. The acquisition of DeCloet will strengthen BFG’s greenhouse supply business by combining their knowledge of growing facilities and customer’s needs with DeCloet’s design and fabrication capabilities, delivering innovative solutions to their customers.
Headquartered in Burton, Ohio, BFG was founded in 1972 and has been serving the green industry for five
decades. BFG distributes a full line of products across complementary green industry segments including
professional horticulture, lawn & garden, hydroponic and Controlled Environment Agriculture. With
over 15,000 SKUs in stock, the comprehensive product offering provides a differentiated, one-stop solution
to the market. BFG also offers customers solutions to better manage their supply chain through
innovative technologies.
DeCloet, headquartered in Simcoe, ON, was founded in 1986 and has served customers for close to 35
years. The company ships greenhouse structure to customers throughout the United States and Canada.
DeCloet greenhouses have a reputation for quality and proven performance, from strength and durability to
withstand harsh climates to innovative methods to improve ventilation and produce premium crops.
