Mapping software Magellan Professional has released version 2.10 of its Mobile Mapping software for the MobileMapper 6 GIS/GPS handheld receiver and data collector. The new version improves the “Go To” feature by allowing users to choose a new destination by entering point coordinates in the selected coordinate system. The new version also adds six new languages, Polish, Russian, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian and Bulgarian accessible through the user interface. The new languages are in addition to the 11 languages currently offered. The 2.10 version includes an enhanced “Go To” MobileMapper 6 that permits users to not only navigate back to an already collected data point, but to also enter and navigate to any new destination.
