Agribio Group, a worldwide horticultural breeding, production and distribution company, has acquired Oro Farms, a producer of an extensive line of vegetative annual, perennial and foliage cuttings. Agribio Group is currently active in the North American vegetative market under the Fides brand name.
With the ‘Oro Farms’ and ‘Fides’ labels, Agribio Group officials believe the company offers a unique proposition to its expanding customer base.
