Wholesale veteran Alan Tanouye has joined Floralife as general manager of the company’s North American operations. Tanouye will handle market development and customer relationships at mass marketers and grocery stores in North America. He will also be responsible for managing the Floralife facility in Waltersboro, S.C. and executing the development of enhanced and new product lines.
“Alan brings much experience and industry insight to assist in strengthening our commitment to post-harvest care in the United States and Canadian marketplace,” said Jim Daly, vice president of Floralife. “He understands firsthand the importance of flower quality and freshness, which allows us to better support our customers.”
