The article quotes grower and Costco member Dave Williams at Williams Nursery in Westfield, N.J., about how the program helps to improve communities. Westfield won the AIB 2010 Landscape Criteria award.
Over 170 communities in 38 states have participated in the program, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
