Bailey Nurseries announces 2016 annual customer expo

With a new theme and fresh schedule, Bailey Nurseries recently announced its 2016 annual customer expo in Minnesota and Illinois: From the Farm to the Garden.

 

Follow creative displays that illustrate production practices and available product from young plants, bareroot and containers. Be inspired with retail merchandising presentations to support strong in-store sales. Hear from industry leaders on new varieties, team motivation and the future of breeding.

 

Each event is open to all Bailey customers.

 

From Farm to Garden will include facility tours and access to expert Bailey staff to discuss plant health, production and sales-related questions. Dr. Michael Dirr and Coach Vince Dooley will each keynote in Minnesota. Speakers for Illinois are to be announced in late spring.

 

Dooley is one of the winningest coaches in the history of Southeastern Conference football, an enthusiastic and knowledgeable gardener, and gives a fun, engaging and inspirational talk on team building, plants and enjoying life in the garden. Dirr will speak on hydrangeas and the future of breeding to advance consumer trends and demand.
