Attracting great workers and hiring top talent are hands-down some of the biggest challenges in the horticulture industry, and they have been for a long time. That’s where the "2021 Best Horticulture Companies to Work For" study can help!
Greenhouse Management and sister publication Garden Center are launching this study for both grower and retailer operations to showcase companies that are creating great places to work. Our goal is not only to highlight the achievements of garden centers and greenhouses, we also hope to raise awareness of how rewarding a career in the horticulture industry can be.
The research project, which is free to enter, looks at what companies are offering their staff in terms of communications, work environment and training as well as employee satisfaction. The results will help us recognize great businesses in the industry like yours and share insights into company cultures that win the loyalty of top employees.
Head here to register for the program and submit your greenhouse or garden center operation. It’s free to enter!
The deadline for program submissions is Dec. 18, 2020.
If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to Editor Kate Spirgen at 216-393-0277 or kspirgen@gie.net.
