CEASE Microbial Fungicide and Bactericide, and MilStop Broad Spectrum Foliar Fungicide have worked well together as a combination application giving an added boost in controlling pathogens that cause Erwinia, Xanthomonas, Pseudomonas as well as fungal pathogens that cause Botrytis, powdery mildew and other foliar diseases.
Reported Results
Dr. David Norman of the University of Florida has reported positive results in bacterial trials on orchids.
In addition, research performed by commercial greenhouse tomato producers has led to a CEASE-MilStop combination becoming an integral part of their Botrytis and powdery mildew control program.
Recommended Tank-Mix Rates
Preventative:
MilStop – 1.25 lbs per 100 gal.
CEASE – 2 qts per 100 gal.

Curative:
For severe disease control, and during environmental conditions that are favorable for heavy disease pressure, rates can be increased up to the following:
MilStop – 3 lbs per 100 gal.*
CEASE – 6 qts per 100 gal.
Weekly applications can made using the low MilStop rate in combination with CEASE, however if higher MilStop rates are used, alternate CEASE-MilStop combination applications with CEASE alone.
*NOTE: It is highly recommended that a small test spray be done before applications are made to an entire crop. Use caution when making MilStop curative applications to open blooms, especially on varieties known to be sensitive. Test applications should be done under same conditions as field applications. Please refer to product labels for complete application details. Always read and follow label directions.
