As global green event after green event is cancelled, rescheduled or goes virtual, China has boldly opened it's doors to vendors and the public with it's giant Bejiing Horticultural Expo 2020, according to a recent report in The Guardian. The out-sized event is being held in 1,200 acres of exhibition space at the cavernous China pavilion.
According to the report, more than 1,000 types of Chines flowers are on display in outdoor and indoor gardens and pavilions hosted by more than 80 countries. More than 16 million visitors - more than attended the 2012 Olympic games - are expected, the article states. To read the entire report, click here.
