As required under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), EPA has published its Pesticide Registration Improvement Act (PRIA) Annual Report for fiscal year 2012. This is EPA's ninth PRIA report, and it provides information on pesticide registration service fees, maintenance fees and process improvements in the pesticide program from October, 1, 2011, through September 30, 2012, the fifth and final fiscal year under PRIA 2. Only changes in processes, practices and policies since the beginning of FY 2012 are reported.
