Q: When is the best time to apply PGRs?
A: As a general rule, PGRs that are used to inhibit growth are usually applied around 1-2 weeks after transplanting. That said, PGRs that are active in the soil, such as Piccolo or Concise, may be used as a plug or liner dip.
