Effective July 1, Floranova/Vegetalis has relocated its seed inventory and customer service operations from Lompoc, Calif., to Pierceton, Ind. The new location brings its inventory and customer service operations closer to the center of the company’s customer base. As part of the relocation plan the company will increase both the volumes and number of product lines held in the U.S. to respond more quickly and more effectively handle the needs of the market.
Shannon Trowbridge has assumed the role of customer service manager--Americas. She is the facilities primary contact for seed buyers and broker reps. Also joining the customer service team is Ashley Ransbottom, who brings a background in e-commerce and experience in shipping and logistics.
