FlowVision is offering a Green Industry Workshop to help growers create a business strategy the will enable them to address unfavorable financial realities of the green industry. FlowVision uses mathematical tools to model Lean Flow, and will implement and teach those techniques. It will use its workshop to equip growers’ management and Lean Flow implementation team members with techniques and experiences, so they are prepared to make a grower’s facility efficient.
The FlowVision Lean Flow Green Industry Workshop will take place on Oct. 9-10 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Grand Rapids, Mich. The cost is $1,000 per person and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.
