FlowVision announced it will host another hands-on workshop, called “Lean in the Green Industry.” This workshop is designed to help growers create a business strategy the will enable them to address unfavorable financial realities of the green industry. FlowVision uses mathematical tools to model Lean Flow, and will implement and teach those techniques. It will use its workshop to equip growers’ management and Lean Flow implementation team members with techniques and experiences, so they are prepared to make a grower’s facility efficient.
“Lean in the Green Industry” will take place Nov.30 to Dec.1 in Sarasota, Fla. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The cost is $1,000 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and snacks.
