GardenChoice, an independent representative of plant genetics, and Raker-Roberta’s Young Plants, a plant propagation and production company, have announced their partnership aimed at bringing quality dianthus unrooted cuttings to growers across North America.
This collaboration will combine GardenChoice’s commitment to promoting independent breeder plant genetics with Raker-Roberta’s production, distribution and customer service capabilities. The partnership will secure the distribution channel for EverBloom dianthus in the U.S.
“This partnership marks an exciting milestone in our growth strategy,” said Ko Klaver from GardenChoice. “By working with Raker-Roberta’s, we can ensure that our genetics reach more growers with the quality and reliability they expect.”
The mission of GardenChoice is to provide a more focused and cost-effective way to introduce new innovative ornamental plant genetics to the North American market. GardenChoice utilizes a selective plant introduction process and works to ensure a higher level of finished product quality and fulfillment from the plant breeder to the end grower.
Every plant in the GardenChoice portfolio is selected through a rigorous global evaluation process. Only the top-performing varieties, tested across multiple growing environments, earn a place in the lineup — ensuring superior quality, garden performance and market appeal.

Raker-Roberta’s Young Plants also recently signed a license agreement with Netherlands plant cultivation company HilverdaFlorist to transfer the complete dianthus program from Aris-Green Leaf Plants to Raker-Roberta’s within the next six months.
