Green Fuse Botanicals has tripled its greenhouse space and significantly enhanced its plant trials with a move to new facilities in Santa Paula, Calif. The new location at Fides Oro gives them the opportunity to test many more plants in an excellent facility.
“This is a big step forward in our ability to evaluate plants and bring new products to market,” said Steve Jones, Green Fuse founder. “It gives us the flexibility to trial a wide variety of genera in different growing environments. With this expanded control, we can closely replicate our customers’ conditions in North America and overseas.”
Previously, Green Fuse was trialing new plants at GroLink in Oxnard, Calif. They will continue that strong working relationship, including producing Ipomoea Sweet Georgia crops for the coming season.
“The Santa Paula site was needed to accommodate the expanding genetics we plan to introduce in the future,” says Jones. “With the move, we’re a stronger trialing resource for our international breeding partners, and we’re able to work more closely with Fides Oro, who is a primary producer for Green Fuse.”
Green Fuse will host its 2013 Spring Trials at the new location, 15245 W. Telegraph Rd., Santa Paula, Calif., 93060.
