Green industry career fair to be held in Florida

Florida’s leading landscape, irrigation and agricultural industry associations and Florida employment support groups are holding a job and career fair open to all people desiring an interesting and rewarding career in the “original” green industry and agribusiness.

Held in conjunction with the Irrigation Show, the Green Industry Job and Career Fair will give prospective employees a chance to meet with industry employers; visit with colleges and universities with recognized horticulture and agriculture programs for working adults; learn about career opportunities; talk with contractors, manufacturers, wholesalers and growers; and learn about industry certification and continuing education. Attendees will also receive a complimentary pass for the day to attend the irrigation industry’s international tradeshow.

Recruiters participating in the event will have free registration, as well as the complimentary one-day pass for the Irrigation Show. Landscape and irrigation contractors, resorts and theme parks, municipalities, irrigation manufacturers, landscape and irrigation wholesale distributors, landscape growers and nurseries, agribusiness, and other related green industry businesses are welcome to attend as recruiting companies.
