Green-Tek, a greenhouse coverings company, has acquired Polysack, USA in San Diego, Calif. Green-Tek will relocate Polysack operations to Visalia, Calif., centrally located to service the entire west from Vancouver to Mexico.
Polysack is a supplier of specialty fabrics including Aluminet, Chromatinet, AntiVirus and Optinet screens. These fabrics will complement Green-Tek’s existing family of coverings that include Shade Rite, Cover Rite and Thermaglas & Dynaglas multiwall and corrugated polycarbonate.
All products will be available at no minimum quantity, cut to size, and either drop shipped or customer pick ups in Visalia, Calif., as well as Green-Tek’s headquarters in Janesville, Wis.
