EMP SA has announced the appointment of Erik K. Verhoeff as managing director of CO-EX Corp., starting immediately. Vincent Enzo Piarulli of EMP SA says that Verhoeff’s 15-years plus experience in public trading and family owned companies, in several countries around the world, made him an ideal choice for the company’s global structure.
“We expect the business to be pushed to new heights under Erik’s stewardship,” said Piarulli in a press release.
This top management change coincides with EMP’s purchase of the 42.2 percent BAYER stake in EMP, a step which facilitates the imminent restructuring of the Conterno group companies.
