Midwest Groundcovers, a wholesale perennial grower in St. Charles, IL, and Midwest Trading, a supplier of horticultural premium hardwood goods, announces their exclusive promotional partnership with Dig In Chicago, a new gardening television program co-hosted by local gardening celebrity Mike Nowak and local horticulturist Jennifer Brennan.
Midwest Groundcovers and Midwest Trading help independent garden center customers grow their businesses and increase public interest in gardening. In conjunction with Dig In Chicago and The Mike Nowak Show, Midwest Groundcovers and Midwest Trading are supporting Dig In Chicago with a financial contribution for Midwest customers who advertise with the program. Participating customers receive six television advertising spots, four radio spots and an event promotion through web and social media marketing.
Dig In Chicago will feature local celebrity chefs teaching audiences how to cook what they grow. The show will also offer tips for improving outdoor living spaces while featuring new products available to the home gardener. The show premiered at 10 a.m. on April 21, 2012 on Xfinity Comcast Cable Channel 102. It will air every Saturday through October.
Dig In Chicago will reach over 1.3 million viewers in the northwestern Illinois and northern Indiana regions.
