Soil Reef will be available at 28 Whole Foods stores in the North Atlantic by the end of May as part of the YouthTrade initiative. The company is one of the first groups of entrepreneurs to be included in YouthTrade, which promotes entrepreneurs under the age of 35 by providing marketing and sales opportunities for their eco-driven products.
Soil Reef is an organic garden amendment that creates a habitat of natural carbon structures throughout the soil, holding water and nutrients, allowing beneficial microorganisms to thrive. Its primary ingredient is Biochar, based on an Amazonian tradition of soil-building that dates back 2,000 years.
Soil Reef will feature the YouthTrade label on all products.
