The Connecticut-based nonprofit organization, Roses for Autism, uses a heated greehouse to not only grow fresh-cut flowers, but also help individuals with autism gain valuable hands-on work experience.
The nonprofit recently launched a rose perfume line to support ongoing operations at the Roses for Autism greenhouse, the development of a Sensory Garden and the expansion of its scholarship program.
