Steve Coulter, senior vice president of Koch Agronomic Services, shared the below statement regarding the coronavirus outbreak. Read the company’s statement, below:
“The safety and wellbeing of our employees and their families, customers and communities is our top priority. Like you, we have been monitoring the rapidly evolving situation with COVID-19 and the guidance from local government and health authorities.
• Effective immediately, we have restricted non-essential travel and in-person meetings. However, we are ready to continue serving your business through the many digital solutions available, including video conferencing, phone, email, text, etc. We are also working on some webinars and videos to help share timely in-season information and will have more information in the coming days.
• Well in advance of the pandemic, we had been preparing for a busy spring season from both a raw material and manufacturing perspective. The facilities where our products are produced are taking precautions by limiting access of non-essential personnel and asking employees who are able to work from home to do so. The actual production is running as normal, and at this time, we do not anticipate production delays.
• We continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19 and are working hard to protect our employees and minimize disruptions. We will keep you updated on developments concerning our business and operations.
We understand this time of year is critical for you and your customers, and we are ready to help. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the challenging days and weeks ahead.”
