Kube-Pak, a wholesale grower of starter and finished plants in Allentown, N.J., has been approved for Veriflora certification by Scientific Certification Systems. An audit of Kube-Pak was conducted on Jan. 19, 2011. The company’s certification is in effect April 29, 2011, to April 28, 2014, and will require annual surveillance audits, followed by a re-certification assessment in 2014.
Kube-Pak received the certification for plants designated as being grown in an environmentally and socially responsible manner. The crops include poinsettias, garden mums, annuals and perennials, seeded annuals and vegetative annuals and perennials.
