Lilytopia will be held at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pa., May 20-30. The event will feature indoor displays of more than 10,000 cut flower stems designed by Dutch floral designer Dorien van den Berg.
On May 23, horticulture professionals from the Netherlands and North America will give seminars on the latest lily cultivation techniques, including pest and disease management, sustainable growing practices and recent research findings. Presentations will cover sustainable flower bulb production, genetically dwarf oriental pot lilies including scheduling and post harvest information, consumer considerations and research for real problems.
