Syngenta has announced the appointment of Mike Treiber as ornamental territory manager for California, effective June 17, 2019. In this role, Treiber will assist greenhouse and nursery growers with their agronomic planning and offer trusted solutions to help them succeed.
Treiber has previously held positions in sales and merchandising for seed and distribution companies. Most recently, he served as director of procurement and product development manager for Color Spot Holdings, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science in horticulture from Texas Tech University.
“Mike joins the Syngenta sales team with a wealth of ornamental business knowledge,” says Dave Ravel, head of sales for Professional Solutions at Syngenta in North America. “His vast experience will allow him to provide exceptional support to our California customers as we continue to introduce new innovations and deliver solutions in collaboration with our channel partners.”
