Millstadt Young Plants and N.G. Heimos Greenhouses announce 10th Annual Poinsettia Trial Open House

Millstadt Young Plants and N.G. Heimos Greenhouses have announced their open house on Thursday, Nov. 16^th, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The open house will be showcasing a comparison trial of up to 160 Poinsettia varieties from six different breeders: Beekenkamp, Ball/Selecta, Dümmen Orange, Rinehart, Syngenta and Suntory, finished naturally and short day. Breakfast and lunch will be sponsored by the breeders.

Plants will be finished under natural light conditions and a short day or black cloth conditions.

The Millstadt Young Plants Speaker Series features:

   Dr Jim Faust, Clemson University. 
   The History and Development of Poinsettias.

   Will Healy, Ball Horticultural. 
   Finishing up Strong, Off to a good Start!
