According to a April 27 report in the Duluth News Tribune, garden centers in parts of Minnesota are seeing a spike in sales of ornamental, vegetable and fruit plants after Gov. Tim Waltz amended the state's shutdown order to allow nurseries and garden centers to reopen on April 9.
