NAHSA webinar to focus on water management

The first North American Horticultural Supply Association “Build Your Business in 2011” webinar will be held on Feb. 25 at 10 a.m. EST. The 1 hour webinar will focus on Water Management and will be presented by Dean Hendrickson, business manager of McConkey’s Quantum Irrigation division.
Hendrickson will discuss labor, water and energy issues related to manual and automated irrigation systems. He will explain the benefits associated with automated irrigation including efficiency, plant quality, pest control and delivery. He will also provide information on other options related to using boom irrigation for fertigation, lighting and chemical application.
