
Global ag company Netafim USA, the precision agriculture business of Orbia, has appointed Aaron Leon as key account manager for controlled environmental agriculture (west) for the company.
Leon has more than a decade of experience in the CEA industry. He has previously managed more than 100 retail and distributor accounts, driving consistent $1 million-plus monthly revenue and 50% year-over-year growth across the West Coast. He joins Netafim from Elevated Equipment Supply and has previously held leadership and sales roles at Greencoast Hydroponics and HydroBuilder Holdings, working closely with operators and cultivators across the West Coast.
His journey began in college while studying at California State University, Long Beach, where he double-majored in philosophy and political science and first became involved with cultivation.
Outside of work, Leon enjoys fishing, playing night league soccer, traveling, hiking, camping and spending time at the beach with his dogs. His passion for the outdoors fuels his appreciation for sustainable practices and innovation within agriculture.
