Greenhouse Management magazine announces the addition of Amy Stankiewicz it to its editorial team.
“I’m very excited to have Amy join GIE Media,” Jim Gilbride, publisher of Greenhouse Management, says. “I’m confident that she’ll be able to carry the Greenhouse Management brand on to new heights.”
Stankiewicz comes to Greenhouse Management with more than 10 years of experience in the trade magazine industry, having led the editorial vision for magazines serving the mechanical engineering, architecture and healthcare industries, among others. Most recently, she was editor in chief of Advanstar Communications’ Dermatology Times and Cosmetic Surgery Times healthcare trade publications.
“I’m truly excited to become part of the horticulture industry, as I work to ensure that Greenhouse Management and its sister publication, Produce Grower, excel in providing the most timely, informative content to help North American growers succeed,” Stankiewicz says. “That’s my ultimate goal, and I welcome any input you have to make these brands your main print and digital resources for managing your greenhouse operations.”
Stankiewicz has a bachelor’s degree in English and French from Ohio University. She lives in Cleveland, Ohio. Reach her at astankiewicz@gie.net.
