Did you know that North Carolina is ranked No. 2 in poinsettia production? Then it should come as no surprise that there are a number of poinsettia open houses being hosted in North Carolina. Below lists details of all three as put on by North Carolina State University. All three events are free and no registration is required.
Growers are welcome to visit either day. The trials feature 130 cultivars and color combinations. In addition, there is a PGR trial on 4.5 inch pots. The event is co-sponsored by the NC Commercial Flower Growers Association.
