OHP Inc. has introduced Disarm O, a broad-spectrum foliar and drench systemic fungicide. A member of the strobilurin fungicide class (MOA Group 11), its active ingredient is fluoxastrobin. Foliar diseases it is labeled for include: Alternaria, anthracnose, Cercospora, downy mildews, powdery mildews, rusts, Botrytis and aerial Phytophthora. It is labeled for use as a soil drench to control Rhizoctonia, Fusarium, Phytophthora and Sclerotium.
Disarm can be applied to plants growing in containers, flats, plugs, on benches and in beds in greenhouses, shade houses, nurseries and interiorscapes. Re-entry interval is 12 hours.
