J&P Park Acquisitions, Inc., the parent company of Park Seed and Park Seed Wholesale, has completed the acquisition of the GeoSeed and Otis Twilley brands from George and Barbara Park, effective Nov. 5, 2025.
The integration brings together three long-standing horticultural brands and strengthens Park Seed’s position as a supplier of professional-grade seed to commercial growers, greenhouses and resellers across North America, the company said.
The combined portfolio now includes more than 8,000 varieties across flowers, vegetables, herbs and ornamentals.
GeoSeed and Otis Twilley, both based in Greenwood, South Carolina, will consolidate operations into Park Seed’s nearby headquarters and distribution facility.
“GeoSeed and Otis Twilley have earned the trust of professional growers for generations,” said Kelly Funk, president and CEO of J&P Park Acquisitions, Inc. “We’re honored to continue their legacy and keep serving growers with the same trusted products and people.”
Existing sales relationships will remain in place. Account management and fulfillment will move to J&P Park’s centralized systems to make service and order processing more seamless.
