Perennial Plant Association has announced Piet Oudolf, the Dutch garden designer, will speak during the 2019 National Symposium. Oudolf, using his own photography, will tell the story of his ever-evolving style through highlights of his past and current projects. His keynote appearance will take place Tuesday, July 30 during the Perennial Plant Association’s National Symposium held in conjunction with All-America Selections and National Garden Bureau. The National Symposium will be taking place July 28 – Aug. 2, 2019, in Rosemont, Illinois.
Piet Oudolf’s work can be found throughout the world, including in The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, England, Ireland, Italy, Canada, and the United States.
In addition to Oudolf’s Keynote, he will also participate in a panel discussion entitled “Riding the New Dutch Wave”, moderated by Scott Stewart of Millennium Park Foundation, featuring Roy Diblik alongside Laura Ekasetya of Lurie Garden and Austin Eischeid of Austin Eischeid Garden Design.
