Manitowoc, WI — Dramm has announced that Peter Haakman has joined the company as an irrigation and sales specialist operating out of its Canadian office.
Peter has more than 35 years of greenhouse experience, starting as a grower in his own operation and in distribution sales. As an owner of Haakman Greenhouses, Peter managed day-to-day operations, production and facility maintenance for a 6.5-acre seedless cucumber greenhouse in Fenwick, Ontario. After the sale of his business, Peter worked in greenhouse distribution sales in the Niagara Peninsula, working with customers to fulfill their supply needs for the past 10 years.
Peter’s responsibilities will center on system design where he will work with growers to optimize their irrigation, air movement and water management systems. Peter’s addition will add capacity to Dramm’s growing water management capabilities.
