Schaefer Ventilation Equipment, manufacturer of ventilation and thermal comfort products, has been acquired by Pinnacle Products International, Inc., a manufactuer of portable heating and ventilation equipment.
Pinnacle is a global developer, manufacturer, marketer and distributor of portable heating and ventilation products sold through commercial, industrial, agricultural, DIY and other retail channels throughout the world. With offices throughout North America and Asia, Pinnacle serves a diverse customer base in over 25 countries, on every continent.
Schaefer will continue to operate from its headquarters in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota under the Schaefer banner. The current Schaefer management and sales leadership structure will remain in place. Jim Brower, Pinnacle’s CEO explains “Schaefer leadership and the entire Schaefer team have contributed to bringing about an evolution of products which has helped establish Schaefer as the global expert in ventilation products for agricultural, horticultural and industrial-commercial applications.”
Schaefer’s dealer network will have access to Pinnacle’s and Schaefer’s ever expanding product offerings. The addition of new distribution in Europe, Asia and South America will speed the global market development strategies already underway for both Schaefer and Pinnacle.
