Pleasant View Gardens, Loudon, N.H., has created a 12-person quality council to raise the company’s drive toward excellence – no small feat given its consistent 99 percent quality rankings from customers.
The council, which features a representative from each department, empowers employees at all levels in every area to impact the finished product and better serve customers. The council meets bi-monthly to strategize on quality improvement from the inside out, making department- and product-specific recommendations.
