Publications and videos
Chemical application videos available online. Syngenta has produced a series of brief online videos to assist pest control applicators to ensure they are applying chemicals correctly and maintaining their equipment properly. These videos help to identify equipment in need of repair or replacement, how to test for even coverage and how to apply product accurately and safely. There is also a video on integrated pest management describing some practical methods to prepare to implement better IPM practices. Some videos are also available in Spanish.

Greenhouse insect control wall chart available. Michigan State University Cooperative Extension is offering a revised wall chart that lists 59 insecticides labeled for greenhouse floriculture production. It provides details on mode of action, insects and mites, labeling on herbs and vegetables and notes on their usage along with other valuable information. The 2007 Insect Controls for the Greenhouse Industry bulletin (E-2696) costs $5 and may be ordered online, by phone or mail.
