Earlier this year, Israel Chemical Ltd. (ICL) acquired the professional division of the Scotts Miracle-Gro Co. And earlier this week, Scotts Professional announced its new name -- Everris.
While the company name has changed, the brands remain the same, according to Ted Piatt, senior director of business at Everris.
The research lab and manufacturing facilities will remain at their current locations. And the company's network of territory sales managers also will remain in place.
During a meeting announcing the new name, company leaders mentioned portfolio expansions in the near future.
