Becker Underwood announced that its Subtilex NG biological fungicide is now available for California growers. The Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR), a department of the California Environmental Protection Agency, registered the product for use in the state of California. Subtilex NG has been registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency since 2010.
The product has beneficial bacteria that multiplies and grows with the plant, to protect the plant against soil borne pathogens such as Rhizoctonia solani and Fusarium spp. Subtilex NG doesn’t require refrigeration and has a zero-hour restricted entry interval (REI) for soil incorporation applications.
