To commemorate Syngenta’s 10th anniversary of its Photo Prize competition, the company has chosen its company purpose, “Bringing plant potential to life”, as the theme. Both professional and amateur photographers can enter the free competition. Photo Prize, sponsored by Canon, recognizes and rewards outstanding photography of modern agriculture, including landscapes, plants, communities and technologies. Photos must be submitted by June 10. Prizes will be awarded for 3 from entries within Syngenta and 3 from outside the company. Vouchers for Canon equipment will be awarded: 1st prize: $8,000, 2nd prize: $5,000 and 3rd prize: $3,000.
