For 24 years, Syngenta Flowers/Goldsmith Seeds has teamed with the Rotary Club of Gilroy, Calif., and turned the company’s Spring Trials display into the annual Flower Fest, a unique plant sale. It is the Rotary Club’s biggest fundraiser, earning more than $41,000 which is invested back into the local community.
The Flower Fest draws hundreds of visitors from Gilroy and surrounding towns to attend the plant sale. Many visitors say the charity, as well as the quality and broad assortment of plants, keeps them coming back year after year.
