Angelonia Actors Purple from Green Fuse Botanicals
The improved Angelonia Actors boasts very larger flowers compared to the previous series. The plant habit is compact and has a slight vase shaped growth pattern, which is ideal for the landscape and they will not lodge and break open. Actors also have a glossy sheen to the foliage which creates a nice contrast against the color of the flowers. In many grower trials across the country this summer, Angelonia Actors have proven that they are excellent “performers” in containers and ground beds. Actor Purple is the darkest flower color in the series with a white eye. Garden height is 10 to 12 inches with an 8 to 10 inch width.
