Colorlite offers the Element line of lead-free, phthalate-safe and bacteria resistant garden hoses. Each of the three hoses in the new line are formulated with a new bacterial inhibitor and each meets the federal standards under the Safe Drinking Water Act, as well as California’s strict standards on the phthalate content allowed for children’s toys. The line is created through a patented manufacturing process to make hoses that are lighter, flexible, strong and durable. Each hose provides kink-free performance and comes with a spring guard and rugged collar sleeve for comfort. The contractor/farm version has a ¾ inch diameter with 500 plus psi burst strength. It is thick and more abrasion-resistant and comes with heavy duty reinforcements and exclusive ergonomic brass couplings that can be turned without using a wrench, even while wearing gloves. Available in 50-, 75- and 100-foot lengths.
