NewLux Lighting is offering a line of electronic ballast greenhouse lighting fixtures. Designed specifically for North American greenhouse operations, the line includes vertical and horizontal mount ballasts and double-ended fixtures for specialty applications. Available ballasts support the use of lamps from 250 to 1,000 watts at voltages of 120v, 208v, 230v, 240v, 277v, 347v, 400, 480v and 600v.
The line is supported by specialty light planning software that can be used to accurately calculate the number of fixtures required to achieve optimal crop light levels and how to best position the fixtures in a greenhouse. The company offers a free light plan based on a grower’s light requirements and greenhouse specifications.
