Stretch-Tie is a simple and effective way to secure plant material. It fastens like a traditional twist-tie, yet will expand to accommodate the growth of most plant material including tomatoes, Christmas trees, citrus and more. In time trials, crews used Stretch-Tie tied over 60 percent more plants than crews conventionally tying. It is made of expandable plastic and non-continuous metal. Sizes include 6 inches long by ½ inch wide, 10 inches long by ½ inch wide and 10 inches long by 1 inch wide.
